POSAI is umbrella under which the Gates Foundation expresses stories about innovations that can build a more equitable world. Tiny Giant Steps is it’s first bespoke content series that features stories of incredible people working on the front lines of global health.

The second entry features Hassan Sibomana, Director of the National Vaccine Program in Rwanda. Hassan and his team pioneered a way to deliver life-saving vaccines to even the most remote parts of Rwanda with drones.
